THE TEXTILE COMPLEX

The Textile Park in Pali district is proposed to be an integrated self sustained facility which would act as a facilitation center for textile units and house several manufacturing units. The access to enabling infrastructure such as Design Center, Training Center, Testing Facility, Garment Street, Exhibition Hall etc. is proposed to be developed under SITP to assist companies to position their products in the premium segment.

The establishment of such a facility would provide access to high-end technical, operational and support functions and would further facilitate the units to realize their full potential and thereby creating a mark for themselves on the global map.

The following components are proposed to be provided in the Textile Park:

A.	Space for units to set up manufacturing facility Physically bringing them together would give these units bargaining power to establish strong linkages on supply side. Timely availability of raw material i.e. fabric, machines and other things required is of key importance, because Pali as such does not have fabric manufacturing. As such Supply Chain Management is very important.
B.	Dying / printing facilities and effluent treatment plant (ETP) Dyeing houses and printing houses Washing plants and processing plants
